In 2010, French Sweet Co-Founder Alex Lui began his dream to bring traditional french delicacies to Perth. Alex perfected his recipes and began selling his products at numerous markets. Increasing in popularity, he found his cakes and macarons were in such demand that he decided to open the now iconic Maison Saint Honoré, a french café located in the Swan Valley.
In June 2019, a new Maison Saint Honore shop has opened its doors in Floreat.
With the same philosophy and passion, Alex and his team bring the french patisserie experience to another level in Perth.

Alex Lui has been a Pastry Chef in Perth for the past 10 years. He was one of the first to introduce Macarons in WA. After opening numerous kiosks in Shopping Centres accross Perth, he opened the Macaron and Cake Factory in the Swan-Valley. Alex works closely with his father Jean-Rene Lui, a prominent Pastry Chef in France. Together they continue to develop and refine their recipes in their kitchen located on Benara Road in Caverhsam.
All of the pastries are handmade locally in our kitchen located in the beautiful Swan Valley.
